Teens Classes
We believe that jiu jitsu can have a very positive impact in people’s lives, specially during the teens ages and that’s why we do what we do! Our methodology is professionally designed for each different groups so they can learn and have fun in a safe and friendly environment.
Teens (13-15yo)
The teens Jiu-Jitsu Program is specifically designed for teens aged 13 to 15, providing a supportive environment to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Our curriculum emphasizes skill development, self-defense, and physical fitness while fostering confidence, discipline, leadership and respect.
In this program, young practitioners will learn essential techniques, engage in dynamic workouts, and participate in cooperative drills that promote teamwork and camaraderie. Students will have the opportunity to challenge themselves through friendly sparring and, for those interested, local competition events.

Fitness Studio
Our Teens Program goes beyond Jiu Jitsu. Teen members enjoy access to our fully equipped Fitness Studio, giving them the opportunity to build strength, improve conditioning, and develop healthy training habits in a safe and supportive environment.
Whether they're looking to enhance their athletic performance, increase confidence, or simply stay active, our Fitness Studio provides the perfect complement to their martial arts journey. All training is designed to encourage proper technique, discipline, and long-term wellbeing.
Juvenile (16-17yo)
Our Juvenile Program is designed to bridge the gap between youth and adult training, giving students the skills, confidence, and maturity needed to thrive in our adult classes.
As students progress, they are integrated into our Adult Program based on their experience, technical ability, and individual development. Depending on their skill level, they may join our Fundamentals, Intermediate, or Advanced classes, ensuring they train in an environment that is both challenging and appropriate for their stage of growth.
This gradual transition allows juveniles to continue building strong fundamentals while being exposed to higher-level techniques, increased intensity, and a wider variety of training partners. It also helps prepare them for long-term success in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, whether their goals are fitness, self-defence, competition, or simply enjoying the art for years to come.
Our coaches carefully guide each student's journey, making sure they feel supported and confident every step of the way.
